As you know, it's a global random chat area. When you enter, you'll see a button which says "Start". If you click it, you can start but just allow your webcam.

Just click to "Buzz" button on Facebuzz, it's a button like photo added below.
Report?
You can report users who are innapropriate, making advertisements or a bad language (cussing, spamming etc) with this button. It's juwt below the webcam of person you are in chat with.
Facebuzz Settings
You can describe - set webcam chat settings on Facebuzz by clicking to "Options" link. You can see what are options in the image next.
It allows you to set:
- Meet with cams
- Avoid nudity
- Auto reconnect
- Clean chatlog
